A New Approach: Embodied Integrity
Traditional therapy often focuses on talking through your thoughts and feelings with the hope that insight alone will shift how your body feels.
My work operates from an Environmental Psycho-physiology framework I call the Embodied Integrity Approach. It combines body-based trauma techniques with real-time heart rate variability (HRV) metrics to directly retrain how your nervous system handles environmental stress and hypervigilance.
The result isn't just managing stress—it's building a resilient, adaptable body that knows how to respond to real threats appropriately, and safely turn off the alarm when you are out of danger.
Specifically, my practice utilizes a blend of Somatic Experiencing, EMDR, EFT, and HRV Biofeedback to process stored trauma and cultivate deep-seated inner calm. I also weave ecopsychology and mindfulness into our work, using mind-body-earth integration and the restorative wisdom of nature to help you find baseline safety amidst intense pressure.
*Important Practice Update:To preserve client privacy, ensure the highest quality of care, and fully support advanced, individualized modalities, I am transitioning to a fully private-pay structure effective December 18, 2026, as I begin an international, distance-based PhD research path. I will remain in-network with insurance until this date, and all ongoing care extending into 2027 will move to private pay.
Service Delivery: Providing advanced care via secure telehealth across Utah, Idaho, and Wyoming, with specialized in-person and nature-based sessions available for qualifying clients on a private-pay / out-of-network basis.
